Bell Ringer: What is a mineral?
After the bell ringer the students turned in their notebooks/bell ringers. I also reminded students that their endangered animal report was due. Next we went over minerals using this worksheet and powerpoint. Last of all we did a short mineral lab using mineral samples and then the groups started building crystal gardens.
